Self-Development Course for
First Year M.A. ECCE Students, at Ambedkar University Delhi
August-November 2016

The course focussed on the complex of strengths and skills that are designated “21st Century Skills,” and are considered necessary for self-efficacy in the modern world. It provided experiential insights into a student-directed 21st century learning environment, to help students develop agency, understanding how to use available resources—web-based as well as locally available—and collaborative processes to take charge of their own development.
